These terms govern ticket and table purchases for Château Merveilles events. By completing a booking you agree to the conditions below.
Bookings & payment
Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment or, for bank transfers, once payment is verified by our team. Prices are shown in the event currency and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Cancellation
Paid orders may be cancelled before the deadline indicated on the event page. After this date, tickets and tables are non-refundable except where required by law.
Participants & tickets
Each admission ticket is personal and must be presented with a valid QR code at the venue. Participant details must be completed before tickets are issued.
